Binding handle: push binding handle forward to close the twin loop wire,and backward to open

Press the wire clamp and insert the wire into the opening mechanism
choose the right wire according to the opening wire
When all punched sheets are loaded into the wire,pressing the wire clamp again and taking them out
from right to left side
